Product Issues

Due to state regulations, cannabis products are final sale. Please do not bring open or partially used product into the dispensary; we are unable to troubleshoot products or accept returns in person.

MOCA stands by the function of every product. If you encounter any product issues after purchase, please use the form at the bottom of this page to contact our team.

We will do our best to troubleshoot the issue via email. Sometimes there’s a simple fix, like trying a different style of vape battery for a particular cartridge. You may be asked to provide a short video attempting to use the product to demonstrate the flaw. If we’re unable to fix a faulty product, we will issue a credit memo.
